Supplier Cooperation Agreement

1. Cooperation Model

Suppliers sell products to consumers through the Yuobao Mall platform ("Platform"). The Platform provides store/product management, order fulfillment and settlement tools; suppliers are responsible for product supply and fulfillment.

2. Qualification & Compliance

Suppliers must provide true, lawful and valid business licenses and industry qualifications. Products must comply with applicable laws and Platform compliance requirements.

3. Product Management

Suppliers must provide accurate and up-to-date product information. Pricing must be market-competitive. Products are published only after Platform review.

4. Order Fulfillment

Suppliers must dispatch orders within the specified timeframe (default 24 hours) and provide valid tracking numbers.

5. Settlement & Fees

Payments are settled per the Platform settlement cycle. The Platform may charge agreed service fees/commissions, deducted at settlement.

6. After-Sales & Returns

Suppliers must cooperate with consumer return/refund policies. Costs arising from product quality issues are borne by the supplier.

7. Violations

For violations, the Platform may warn, delist products, restrict publishing, suspend settlement or terminate cooperation.

8. Amendment & Termination

The Platform may amend this Agreement and publish the changes; continued use constitutes acceptance.
